E-Mail Configuration: This document describes how to configure Outlook Express.

  1. Open Outlook Express.
  2. Go to Tools and select Accounts.
  3. Click on the Mail tab.
  4. If you have an existing account under this and want to remove it, then click on it once and hit remove. If you don't have any accounts under this, then go to step 5.
  5. Click on Add and select Mail.
  6. Put in your real name when it asks for display name, then press next.
  7. Put in your e-mail address, then press next.
  8. "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server."
  9. Your incoming mail server will be pop3.hge.net. Your outgoing (SMTP) server will be smtp.hge.net. Press next.
  10. Account name will be your email address, and password will be your password, then press next.
  11. Then press finish.
  12. Now press close on the Internet Accounts.
  13. You have successfully configured Outlook Express!
